Sandro Ivo Bartoli’s new recording, the Franciscan Works of Franz Liszt, was featured this morning in Rai Radio Tre’s popular programme “Qui Comincia”. The programme, hosted by Anna Menichetti and directed by Ennio Speranza, was devoted to Giotto and the exhibition of his paintings at palazzo Reale. Bartoli’s musical contribution was the first of Deux Légendes: “St. Francis of Assisi: the preaching to the birds”. You can listen to the podcast here:
