Sandro Ivo Bartoli will be recording Erik Lotichius’ Piano Concerto No.1 and Hip Hop Burlesque for piano and orchestra with the St. Petersburg Academy Symphony Orchestra under Vladimir Lande. Both works are world premiére recordings, and will be issued by the American front-line label Parma Recordings in 2013. “I am delighted with this project – said Bartoli  – and honoured to have been vested with the responsibility of creating the first interpretations of these works. I am particularly happy to be working with the composer, a luxury that is are these days, and hope that together we will arrive at a satisfactory representation of his musical vision”.
